Best Electric Scooty for Women in Pakistan
The best electric scooties for women in Pakistan, from light city models to three-wheelers, plus schemes with women's quotas, training options and safety tips.
More women in Pakistan are riding scooties than ever before. Students, teachers, nurses, beauticians, office workers, mothers doing school runs. A mechanic in Rawalpindi told APP in September 2026 that women now make up a significant share of his customers, because electric scooties are easy to ride and cheap to run.
It makes sense. An electric scooty has no gears, no clutch and no kick-start. It is quiet, light and costs a fraction of a rickshaw or ride-hailing app each month. For many women, it means freedom: no waiting for a brother, a van or a driver.
But not every scooty is a good choice for every rider. Weight, seat height, speed, battery and service all matter. Below are our picks, followed by practical advice on schemes, training and safety.
What makes a scooty good for women riders?
These points apply to any first-time rider, but they come up most often when women are choosing:
Light weight. Easier to push, park and hold upright when stopped
Low seat. Being able to put both feet flat on the ground builds confidence
No gears. Twist-and-go
Smooth, gentle start. No sudden jump when you twist the throttle
Reverse gear. Very helpful in tight parking spaces
Enough speed for your route. At least 45 km/h if you use main roads
Good service nearby. You do not want to be stranded on the way to work
Our picks
1. MS Jaguar Miso: best all-rounder
Price: Rs 1,58,000 · View on SawariPK
The Miso is the scooty we would recommend to most women riders. It has a compact, retro-style frame that is easy to handle, an 800 to 1,000W motor, a 45 km/h top speed and a claimed 70 km range from a 60V 28Ah graphene battery.
It also comes with features that make daily riding easier: reverse gear, cruise control, NFC card unlocking (no fumbling for keys), a parking mode and an anti-theft system. It comes in Blush Pink, Cream White and Deep Black.
MS Jaguar says it has more than 80 dealers, and the Miso has a 24-month motor warranty and an 18-month battery warranty.
Best for: office workers, students and anyone riding on normal city roads.
2. Revoo A09: safest for short trips
Price: Rs 1,45,000
The A09 is built with family use in mind. It has a soft-start mode, so it moves off gently even if the throttle is twisted too far. Reverse is limited to about 5 km/h, there is a child lock, and the headlamp moves with the handlebar for better visibility on turns. It also has under-seat storage.
Its claimed 65 to 80 km range is excellent at this price. The trade-off is speed: 25 to 35 km/h, with drum brakes.
Best for: mothers doing school runs, local errands, and riding inside housing societies.
3. Evee Nisa: a popular choice with strong service
Price: Rs 1,59,000 · View on SawariPK
The Nisa has a 600W motor, according to Bank Alfalah's Evee installment list, and is one of Evee's best-known models. Evee's wide dealer network is a big plus, especially in smaller cities.
Best for: riders who want a well-known brand with easy access to service.
4. Evee Gen-Z: more speed and range
Price: Rs 1,75,000 to Rs 1,77,000 · View on SawariPK
If your commute is longer or includes faster roads, the Gen-Z is a step up. It has a 1,000W motor, a 50 km/h top speed and a 60V 32Ah graphene battery. Owners report around 55 to 60 km of real range.
There is also a lithium (LFP) version at Rs 2,15,000, with a 36-month battery warranty, which is the better long-term buy if you can stretch.
Best for: longer daily commutes across the city.
5. Three-wheelers: for extra stability
If balance is a worry, for example for older women or anyone very nervous about riding, a three-wheel scooty can be a good option.
Eveon Joy: Rs 1,75,000, a three-wheeler with a claimed 70 km range and 50 km/h top speed
Evee Nisa 3 Wheel: Rs 2,45,000, with an 800W motor
Three-wheelers are heavier and wider, so they are best for shorter, slower trips. But they remove the fear of falling over at a stop.

Schemes with quotas for women
PAVE (federal): When the national EV policy was announced in 2025, the government said 25 percent of the subsidy would be reserved for women. Phase 2 also lists a 25 percent quota for women across bikes. Read our PAVE scheme guide.
CM Punjab e-bike scheme (for students): Female students are eligible, and Phase 2 scooters for girls came in pink. The scheme also provides a helmet. Read our CM Punjab scheme guide.
Learning to ride: training options
If you have never ridden before, get proper training. It makes a huge difference to confidence and safety.
In Islamabad, the traffic police run the ITP Uraan riding school for women, with female instructors. The first batch of 100 women graduated in March 2026 with driving licences, and the training covered scooty riding, car driving, basic maintenance and tyre changing.
In other cities, ask your local traffic police or the scooty dealer about training. Some dealers offer a short session on delivery.
You will also need a motorcycle driving licence to ride legally. See our guide on licences for electric scooties.
Safety tips for women riders
Watch your dupatta, chadar or abaya. This is the most important one. Loose fabric can get caught in the rear wheel and cause a serious accident. Tuck it in, tie it back or pin it securely before every ride.
Wear a proper helmet. Not a cap or scarf. A full-face or open-face helmet that fits snugly.
Carry a phone and a charger. If the scooty stops, you can call for help.
Plan around range. Do not ride with a nearly empty battery, especially late in the day. An APP report described a working woman whose scooty stopped on the road during her commute, putting an important job at risk.
Know your service centre. Save the number of your nearest workshop and the brand's helpline.
Park in well-lit areas and use the anti-theft lock if your scooty has one.
Before you buy: a quick checklist
Sit on it. Can you put both feet down?
Push it. Can you move it around comfortably when it is switched off?
Test the brakes in the showroom car park
Check reverse gear if it has one
Ask about the battery type and warranty
Get the nearest service address
