Electric Bike Brands With the Best After-Sales Service
Which electric bike brands in Pakistan have the best after-sales service? Dealer reach, warranty terms and parts support for Yadea, Evee, MS Jaguar, Crown and Metro.
Ask electric bike owners in Pakistan what they wish they had checked before buying, and the answer is rarely range or speed. It is service.
In September 2026, an APP report described Pakistan's electric scooty boom turning into a "repair nightmare" for some owners. People spoke of poor after-sales support, costly spare parts and unreliable repairs. A working woman's scooty stopped on the road during her commute. A federal employee's cheap battery failed in two months. Mechanics said batteries and controllers were the parts that needed the most attention.
By December 2024, 58 companies held licences to make electric two- and three-wheelers in Pakistan. Not all of them have the workshops, trained mechanics and parts stock to look after you once the sale is done.
So which brands are better at it? There is no official national ranking, so we looked at what we could measure: dealer reach, warranty terms, how long the brand has been around, and what independent reporting says.
What "good after-sales service" actually means
Before the brands, here is what to look for:
A workshop near you, not just a showroom
Parts in stock: batteries, controllers, chargers, brake parts, body panels
Trained mechanics who know electric drivetrains
Clear warranty terms and a simple way to claim them
A helpline that answers
Reasonable repair times, days not weeks
The brands we looked at
Yadea: strong backing, growing network
Yadea is one of the world's biggest electric two-wheeler makers. In Pakistan, it partnered with Eiffel Industries, the company behind Road Prince, which PakWheels reported in October 2023. The plan was to set up 3S dealerships (Sales, Service and Spare parts) across Pakistan, and all Yadea bikes sold through the partnership carry a 24-month warranty.
Road Prince already had an established motorcycle dealer base, which gives Yadea a head start that newer brands do not have. Under the PAVE scheme, Yadea's M3H, T5L and Velax were listed with a 4-year or 50,000 km warranty.
Strengths: global brand, local partner with a big network, 3S model
Check: whether your nearest Yadea dealer has a full service bay, not just a sales counter
Browse models on the SawariPK Yadea page.
Evee: one of the longest-running EV brands
Evee has been selling electric scooters in Pakistan longer than most. A PakWheels report on the rise of electric scooters, based on interviews with dealers and experts, noted that Evee had shown notable improvements in after-sales service.
Evee's reach shows up in its financing partnerships. Bank Alfalah's installment plan for Evee covers all cities in Punjab and KP, plus Karachi, Hyderabad and Mirpur. That is a sign of a wide dealer network.
Strengths: long track record, wide reach, many models
Check: battery warranty terms, which vary by model (lithium versions have longer cover)
Browse models on the SawariPK Evee page.
MS Jaguar: large dealer count
MS Jaguar says it has more than 80 authorised dealerships across Pakistan for both sales and after-sales service, with dealer pages for Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi and Islamabad, Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan and Multan. Its scooters carry a 24-month motor warranty and an 18-month graphene or 3-year LFP battery warranty.
MS Jaguar also says it has supplied vehicles to institutional buyers, including the Government of Punjab.
Strengths: large claimed dealer count, clear warranty terms
Check: that your nearest dealer is a full 3S outlet
Browse models on the SawariPK MS Jaguar page.
Crown Electric: wide city coverage
Crown Electric says it has dealers in more than 26 cities and is a PAVE scheme partner. Its website includes installment and dealer guides for cities like Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Lahore and Rawalpindi.
Strengths: strong presence in Punjab, PAVE partner, LFP models with long warranties
Check: service availability outside major Punjab cities
Browse models on the SawariPK Crown page.
Metro: established motorcycle brand
Metro is a known motorcycle brand in Pakistan, and PakWheels lists 15 new Metro models sold through Metro dealerships across the country, from petrol 70cc bikes to electric scooters like the T9 and E8S. An existing petrol bike network can help with basic parts and mechanical repairs.
Strengths: familiar name, existing dealer network
Check: whether the local dealer can service the electric drivetrain, not just petrol bikes
Browse models on the SawariPK Metro page.

Why newer and smaller brands can be risky
Many smaller brands sell good-value scooties. But if a brand has only a few dealers, you may face:
Long waits for parts, sometimes weeks
Mechanics who are guessing, because they have not been trained on that model
Warranty claims that go nowhere if the dealer closes or the brand exits
APP's report noted that qualified repair services can be hard to find outside dealership networks. That is the core risk.
This does not mean you should never buy from a smaller brand. It means you should check service before you pay.
How to test a brand's service yourself
Call the helpline before buying. Does someone answer? Can they tell you your nearest workshop?
Visit the workshop, not just the showroom. Are there scooties being repaired? Is there a parts shelf?
Ask the mechanic how long a battery or controller replacement usually takes
Ask existing owners. Look for local Facebook groups or ask riders you see on the road
Ask what the warranty covers and get it in writing
Search for recent complaints about the brand in your city
What you can do to need less service
Use the original charger. Mechanics and dealers told APP that chargers are often overlooked
Avoid running the battery to zero
Keep the scooty dry, especially the meter and connectors
Get a yearly check-up, even when nothing is wrong
Keep your invoice and warranty card somewhere safe
